What is StrategiShift?
StrategiShift is a cohort-based strategy accelerator for not-for-profits, small organizations and charities who don’t have the resources to undertake a traditional strategic planning process that can cost tens of thousands of dollars.
How does it work? We will be accepting 12 organizations to participate in our strategic planning program, in tandem, with access to our team of consultants, facilitators and researchers. This cost-sharing approach also facilitates a systems-thinking lens to each strategy and creates a community of practice around emergent strategy.
